How often does the survey run?
The survey opens during the first two weeks of each month. You’ll receive an email invitation each month to participate.

Are my responses anonymous?
Yes. All responses are aggregated, so your individual feedback remains completely anonymous.

How do I access the results?
Once the survey closes, you’ll receive a link to download the results.

What questions are included?
You’ll be asked to select the lenders you submitted applications to in the previous month and rate your experience with each of them.
